Olivia McDonald Strategic Marketing is a trade name operated by The McDonald Collective LLC, a Florida limited liability company. References in these Terms to "Olivia McDonald Strategic Marketing," "we," "us," or "our" refer to The McDonald Collective LLC doing business as Olivia McDonald Strategic Marketing, unless the context requires otherwise.

Services offered through Olivia McDonald Strategic Marketing may include Social Media Strategic Assessments, ongoing Paid Social and Paid Search strategy and campaign management, live Marketing Strategy Sessions, UGC + Social Content, custom strategic advisory, separately scoped Implementation Support and other services agreed to in writing. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, usage rights and terms of each engagement will be governed by the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, engagement agreement or other written agreement between the parties.

Social Media Strategic Assessments are advisory and assessment services. Deliverables vary by the stated scope: the Social Snapshot provides experienced diagnostic analysis and prioritized findings, while broader engagements may include recommendations and strategic direction. They are not ongoing social media management services.

Assessments are based on the information and access provided by the client. Findings and recommendations represent professional judgment and do not constitute a guarantee of specific business, revenue, conversion or advertising performance outcomes.

Assessment delivery is typically 5–7 business days after all required information and access have been received and the agreed engagement requirements have been satisfied. Timelines for Action Plans, implementation, retainers and content production are confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

Assessment and advisory reports are prepared for the client's internal use. Content assets created for agreed publication are governed by the usage rights in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work or engagement agreement. Both parties treat business and performance information exchanged during an engagement as confidential.
