- What's the scope of a single session?
- Each package covers one content session scoped during booking: a defined set of deliverables (videos, Reels, photography, B-roll or Story content) aligned to one brand and one primary objective. Multi-brand, multi-location or multi-day production is quoted separately.
- Who are these packages best for?
- Local brands, service businesses and solo providers in Brevard County and Florida's Space Coast that want strategy-led, social-ready content. Healthcare, dental, aesthetic and wellness businesses are welcome with the additional approvals noted below.
- Can I reschedule my session?
- Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Within 48 hours, rescheduling is at Olivia's discretion and may forfeit the session. Weather and location contingencies are confirmed during booking.
- What's included in each package?
- A pre-session creative direction conversation, the content session itself, and a defined set of edited, ready-to-post deliverables. See each package above for its specific includes and the Usage + additional scope section for licensing details.
- What's not included?
- Posting, community and account management, paid campaign management, raw footage, extended licensing, exclusivity, additional revisions, travel and added deliverables. See the What is not included list for the full detail.
Usage + additional scope
Organic social usage is included. Paid advertising usage, boosting, whitelisting, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, raw footage, exclusivity, extended usage, additional revisions, travel and additional deliverables are priced separately.
Final usage rights, duration and permitted platforms will be confirmed in the engagement agreement.

Healthcare, dental, aesthetic + wellness
Healthcare, dental, aesthetic and wellness content may require additional approvals, disclosures, participant authorization and claim substantiation. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient, customer, employee and location permissions and for approving all professional, medical and promotional claims before publication.
Do not submit protected health information, patient records, medical details or confidential customer information through this website.

- What is UGC + Social Content?
- UGC + Social Content includes authentic, platform-native videos, photography, Reels, B-roll and Story content created for a business's social channels. Olivia combines content production with strategic thinking around messaging, audiences, business goals and potential paid-media use.
- Do I have to appear on camera?
- No. Content can feature the owner, provider, team, products, location, customer experience, voiceover, B-roll or a combination of formats. The creative direction will be confirmed before the session.
- Is paid advertising usage included?
- Organic social usage is included. Paid advertising usage, boosting, whitelisting, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, extended usage and exclusivity are licensed separately.
- Do you post or manage our social accounts?
- No. These packages provide strategy-led content creation and ready-to-use assets. Posting, community management, account management and paid campaign management are not included unless separately scoped.
- Do you work with healthcare, dental, aesthetic or wellness businesses?
- Yes. These businesses may require additional consent, disclosures, claim substantiation and internal or professional approvals. Clients remain responsible for patient and participant authorization and final legal, medical and regulatory approval.
- How long does delivery take?
- Delivery timing is confirmed before booking based on the selected package, session requirements and final scope.
